He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul D. Davis and Helen M. Davis (Roe); his son Duane D. Davis; and his sisters, Marcille Dear, Daisy Hurst and Eileen Dawson.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Davis (Dulle) of Decatur, IN; his daughter Denise Miller of Las Vegas, NV; his stepchildren, Bradley Nagel of Defiance, OH, Raymond Nagel of Jacksonville, FL and Angela Nagel of Los Angeles; his brother Norman Davis of Hoagland, IN; and his grandchildren, Emil Miller, Drew Miller, Monet Miller Federspiel, Aaron Davis, Amy Davis and Mandy Davis Pontsler. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Haggard Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home (225 Adams St, Decatur, IN 46733). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at the Decatur Cemetery (1824 W Monroe St, Decatur, IN 46733).
