He was predeceased by: his parents, David E. Brown and Geneva G. Brown (Bennett); and his in-laws, Wilfred and Johanna Rafert Buuck. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Brown of Decatur, Indiana; his children, Deborah Brown (Terri Goins) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Jeremy W. Brown (Julie-Marie) of Decatur, Indiana and Sean Brown (Tiffany) of Berne, Indiana; and his siblings, Sondra Lehman (Al) of Monroe, Indiana and Michael Brown (Becky) of Decatur, Indiana. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Preferred memorials are to Zion Lutheran School, Concordia Theological Seminary Fort Wayne, Worship Anew or Donor's Choice.
