With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dennis J. Eyanson of Decatur, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Dennis J. left this world on October 25, 2024 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Eyanson and Wanda J. Eyanson (Garner); his wife Linda K. Peterson; his son Aaron Eyanson; and his siblings, Cheryl Pietosi, Janet Rhodes and Larry "Tom" Eyanson.
He is survived by: his siblings, James Eyanson of Celina, Edward Eyanson, Deana "Sue" Pickens of Geneva, Angela Davis (Dan) of Bluffton and Rebecca Wible Jr. (Richard) of Decatur, Indiana; his stepchildren, John Cerna of Monroe, Indiana and Tessa White of Decatur, Indiana; his granddaughters, Haylee and Elizabeth "Lizzy" Eyanson; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; many wonderful friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home (520 N 2nd St, Decatur, IN 46733).
