Bowers (Charlie) of Monroe; his children, Matthew R. LaFontaine (Gina) of Fort Wayne, Stephanie C. Hammond (John) of Monroe and Sara T. Hart (Ryan) of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Sophia, Milana, Diego, Lorenzo, Maria and Lucia LaFontaine; and his children, Andrew, Jalen, Sage, Reece, Shae Hammond, Carson, Spencer and Marla Hart.

In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family requests Memorials be made to St. Joseph Catholic School, Decatur, IN.
