He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Weiland and Helen Weiland (Busick); his brother Robert Weiland; and his grandson Daniel Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Weiland of Decatur; his daughters, Helen Weiland (Jose Nunez) of Lexington, SC and Kathi Weiland of Decatur; his brothers, Richard Weiland (Jo) of Decatur and Lynford Weiland of Monroe, IN; his grandchildren, Christian Weiland, D'Andre Weiland, Gracelynn Weiland and Matthew Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Addy Weiland, Brooks Weiland, Matthew Johnson, Jr. and Naira Weiland.
Preferred memorials are to the Parkview Heart Institute or the American Cancer Society.
