He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore D. "Ted" Eady and Alvera Eady (Cully); his brothers, Larry Henry, Steve Eady and Kim Eady; and his sister-in-law Mary Eady.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jeff Eady and Sue Eady of Decatur, IN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
