It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David E. Ellsworth (Decatur, Indiana), who passed away on June 27, 2017, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouses, Rosemary Baker and Rosie Ellsworth of Decatur; his children, Scott Ellsworth (Mindy), Jason Ellsworth (Sheri) and Lyndi Bienz (Matt) of Fort Wayne; his sister Julie Bauer (Butch) of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Zac, Chase, Morgan, Taylor, Nic, Lexi, Kali and Brody; and his father David Ruppert.
