Carolyn R. Lehman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn R. Lehman (Decatur, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 10, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard D. Lewton and Frieda M. Lewton (Amstutz); her sister Barbara Haynes; and her brothers-in-law, Larry Brunner Sr. and Gerald Sudduth.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Lehman of Ohio City, Ohio; her children, Douglas K. Lehman of Ellettsville, Indiana and Pamela Metzger (Charles) of Van Wert, Ohio; her siblings, Richard Lewton of Goshen, Indiana, Mary Lou Brunner of Decatur, Indiana, Kathleen Strickler (Rex) of Decatur, Indiana and Geraldine Sudduth of Decatur, Indiana; her grandchildren, Sonny A. Metzger and Arwen K. Lehman; her great grandchildren, Anna N. Bissonette (Derek), Gwenyth Metzger and Nova Aida Valente; and her great great grandchildren, Sutton and Octavia.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home- Decatur (520 N 2nd St, Decatur, IN 46733). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Preferred memorials can be given to Church of God Day Care.
