It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Sue Ballard of Decatur, Indiana, born in Marion, Indiana, who passed away on September 18, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. Bevan and Roselin I. Bevan (Sample); her spouse Cloyce E. Ballard; her sons, Rick Spencer and Jeff Spencer; her grandchildren, Stephen L. Spencer and Tarra Rose Spencer; and her brother Robert A. Bevan.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Spencer of Marion and Debra Spencer of Decatur; her stepdaughter Susie Ford; her brother James W. Bevan (Martha) of Marion; and her grandchildren, Nikkole Wright, Jason Spencer, Holly LeMaster (Eric), Dana Geletka (John Green), Ryan Spencer (Krista), Yvette Spencer and Jennifer Spencer. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Tunnel to Towers or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
