She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Barlow Smith and Verner Harrison Cochrane Smith of Chester, WV.; her husband Thomas DeWitt Shazer of Greensburg; her former husband Franklin Delano "Dyke"; her grandsons, Keith Meyer and Tasio Baserga; and her sister Lynn Boyd (James).
She is survived by: her children, Suzann Meyer, Lynn Bewley (Rick), Lisa Baserga (Claudio), Melissa (James), Gretchen Lutes, Thomas D Shazer Jr. (Judy), Anne Reynolds and Janet Shazer; and her sister Gretchen Snyder (Lee).
In lieu of flowers, Ann had asked that memorial contributions be made to Greensburg United Methodist Church, 812-663-LOVE (5683) or [email protected], IU Simon Cancer Center, Margaret Mary Hospice, or Our Hospice of Southern Indiana.
