In loving memory of Angelita (Espinoza) Canales of Decatur, Indiana, who departed this world on January 24, 2025 at the age of 97. Angelita leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Espinoza and Hortenca Espinoza (Rivera); her husband Rafael R. Canales; her children, Ralph Canales, Jr. and Ruth Alice Linnemeier; and her siblings, Ruth Canales, Hortensa Murello, Pauline Canales, Virginia Gonzales, Elida Avina, Herminia Ortez and Fred Espinoza.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amelia Deaton (Darrell) of Decatur, Sally Garza (Mike) of Decatur, Debbie Boles (Steve) of Noblesville and Lyn Brown (Mark) of Decatur, Indiana; and her sister Ruth SanMiguel of Arizona. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home- Decatur (520 N 2nd St, Decatur, IN 46733). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
