She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Vance and May Vance (Moody); and her brothers, John and Glenn Vance. She is survived by: her husband Earl Owen; her daughter Deborah Baldwin (Alan); her grandchildren, Grace Baldwin Kan, Joy Gutierrez (Antony) and Daniel Baldwin; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Vance (Glenn), Janet Hagelgans (Jim), Barbra Swarthout, Jerry Owen and Charles Owen (Linda).
