He is survived by: his wife Anita Peters (Platt); his children, Kathy Spaulding (Mel), Bill Barker and Ann Kizer (Bob); his stepchildren, Kevin Peters (Kristie), Kim Rice (Mike), Mary Anne Rader (Walter) and Marsha Hufford (Dwaine); his grandchildren, Twins, Matthew, Brian, Scott Spaulding, Greg, Nicole Barker, Reece and Heath Kizer; his great grandchild Isabella Spaulding; and his sister Rosie Cain (Charles). He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospital for Children Frank Lyle Barker, 88, of Dayton, died Saturday, December 7, 2019 at IU Health Arnett in Lafayette.
