He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bonwell and Buelah Bonwell (Quinlan); his wife Mary Bonwell (Wools); his siblings, William, Charles Bonwell and Annella Kunkel Logan; his grandson Travis Bonwell; his son-in-law Danny Isenhower; his nephews, Kevin Bonwell, David Bonwell and Michael Kunkel; and his niece Louise Bonwell Baker.
He is survived by: his children, William Bonwell (Deb), Mary Isenhower, Rebecca Slyker (Richard), Tim Bonwell (Melanie), Kathy Clawson (Devon) and Mark Bonwell (Tobie); his grandchildren, Roy Isenhower (Michele), Joan Isenhower Irwin, Jennifer Isenhower, James Isenhower (Penny), Christopher Bonwell (Kaysha), Megan Fitzsimons (Anthony), Oliva Bonwell, Caleb Bonwell, Kassidy Bonwell, Kim Bonwell and Ryanne Hurley (Mike); his stepgrandchildren, Susan Wynn (Chris), Kelly Hatton (Matt), Brad Polston (Tammy), Peyton, Ricky, Austin, Sydnie Ball and Alex Dagley; and his great grandchildren, Nick, Devin Isenhower, Brittany, Jarrod Irwin, Tyler, Brandon Isenhower, Ethan Garrett, Mason, Ada, Nora, Owen Bonwell, Kaylise Hurley, Finn Hatton, Braxton Bonwell, Hayden and Reilly Ball.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in memory of Roy to the Darlington Congregational Christian Church men's fund.
