He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Bailey and Corabelle C. Bailey (DeVol); his sister Dorothy Baumgardt; and his brother-in-law Kirk Yates. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Bailey (Barnard); his children, William Daniel Bailey (Ashli Kincaid) of Crawfordsville and Daphne Bailey of Crawfordsville; his grandchildren, Keygan Tyree, Janis Bailey Jack Carson, Kadi Lavigne, Mikeal Kincaid, Hannah Kincaid, Ava Kincaid and Cloey Critney; his siblings, Robert "Bob" G. Bailey (Mary) of Brownsburg, Becky Tunnell of Lebanon, Barb Yates of Cloverdale, Sherrie Wines (Rob) of Crawfordsville and Terri Wines (Tony) of Thorntown; and his brother-in-law Bo Baumgardt of Crawfordsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in his memory to the Darlington Conservation Club to have a tree planted in Bill's honor.
