He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Koers and Edrie Koers; his son Christopher Vincent Koers (Molly) of New Braunfels, TX; his wife Kitty of Danville, IL; his daughter Kimberly Waters (Kevin) of Heyworth, IL; his siblings, Herman Koers Jr. (Ruth), Gehl Steven Koers (Mary) of Indianapolis, IN, Angela Lapadat of Indianapolis, IN and Suzanna Heidloff of Grand Rapids, MI.; and his grandchildren, Brandon Dungan (Stephanie), Alix Winne, Amanda Crouch (Robert), Maddison Herp (Scott), Samantha Waters, Justin Koers (Meagan) and Conner Waters. He was also cherished by eighteen great grandchildren.
