He is survived by: his wife Janice Kulka of Danville; his daughter Erinne Loetscher (Guy); his stepgranddaughter Alexandria Loetscher of Noblesville; his sister Karolyn Bishop (Daniel); his niece Rachel Bishop of Munster; his sister-in-law Marilyn Robinson (Rod) of Noblesville; his nieces and nephews, Shawn Rinker (John), Shelley Tanski (Michael), Shannon Robinson, Connor Robinson (Danielle) and Caleb Robinson; his cousins, Norbert Wleklinski (Jean), Jeff Boris (Satoko), Randall Boris, Victoria Craig (Stephen) and Rebecca Drury (Denis); and his siblings-in-law, Richard and Patricia Meeks. He is also survived by 8 great nieces and nephews.
Jim Schellinger, Indiana Secretary of Commerce and former CSO Chairman/CEO, presented the Sagamore of the Wabash award to Bob on behalf of Governor Eric J. Holcomb on May 08, 2019 for his outstanding contributions to the State of Indiana through his role in multiple landmark projects including building the Indianapolis Airport, JW Marriott, and the Indianapolis Public Library.
