He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lee (Hoskins); his parents, Emma Jean Neligh and William F. Lee; and his grandparents, Grace Neligh and Allison Neligh.
He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Mulkey (Lee); and his granddaughters, Maya Martinez and Sophia Martinez. He is also survived by three cousins.
