She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Beatrice (Patton) and Charles Wesley Coffman. She is survived by: her sons, Wayne E. Ballentine (Jane) of Fort Wayne and Scott W. Ballentine (Vicki) of Jamestown. She is also survived by 4 grandsons; and 6 great grandchildren.
