He is survived by: his wife Trudy Pickett; his children, Angela Van Slyke (Mark) of Zionsville, IN and Nathan Pickett of Danville; his grandchildren, Ava, Mae Van Slyke and Natali Pickett; his sisters, Rebecca Chapman (Bill) of Jonesborough, TN and Barbara Kruse (Skip); his nephews, Will Chapman (Crystal) and Robb Chapman (Andrea); and his close friends, Gary Barker (Anna) and Walter Dewitt.
