He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Robert and Helen Marvel Himsel (Huls); and his sister Priscilla Carrington. He is survived by: his wife Janet Himsel (Winings); his children, Christopher (Debra), Richard Himsel (Dawn) and Angela Kim (Robert); his stepchildren, Julie (Mike), David and Krista (Gary); and his siblings, Barbara Edmondson (Ben) and Thomas Himsel (Jetta). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; more than 70 first cousins.
