She was predeceased by: her parents, Sterling S. Poynter and Clara I. Poynter (Berrier); her husband Raymond Harold Evans; her son Terry Evans; and her siblings, Richard Poynter and Bonnie Lou Meadows.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald Ray Evans (Rebecca J.) of Bismarck, Larry Wayne Evans (Debby) of Flanagan, IL and Roger Alan Evans (Angie) of Rantoul, IL; her daughter-in-law Patty Evans of Danville; her grandchildren, Mary Jean Ashlock (Jim) of Streator, IL, Michael Wayne Evans (Kaitlyn) of Bismarck and Bryant Lee Evans of Danville; her great grandchildren, Adi Ashlock, Miryssa Ashlock, Braxton Evans, Bailey Evans, Kaleb Fraizier, Tyler Evans and Ryan Evans; and her sister Lorene Payne of Danville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
