She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Block and Camille Block (Trotter); and her siblings, Marilyn Jones and Richard Block. She is survived by: her children, Donald Dines of Danville, IL, Charles Dines of Valdosta, GA and Victoria Marie Hall (Siegal) of Georgetown, IL; her siblings, Jerry Block of Danville, IL., Kenny Block of Bismarck, IL., Jim Block of Charleston, SC, Debbie Townsley of Danville, IL. and Beth Carrigan of Danville, IL; and her grandchildren, Joshua Dines, Zachary Dines, Becca Hall, John Martin, Amanda Hall, Justin Hall and Jessica Massey. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
