He is survived by: his parents, Rick L. Clark and Brenda K. Clark (Hood) of Flora; his wife Elizabeth Clark (Minor) of Danville; his children, Kymberly Clark (Jeramey Wynkoop) of Plainfield, Joe Clark of Danville, Morgan Clark of Danville, Sommer Clark of Danville, Raylee Payne (Kody) of Alamo, Jacob McClaine (Mady Hinkle) of Jamestown and Kyle Klezmer of Fishers; and his sister Cathy Strawmyer (Jeff) of Flora. He is also survived by six grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the family to set up a trust fund for the children.
