He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Clark and Erma Clark (Tucker); his wife Joyce A. Clark; his siblings, Glendora Bandy, Mildred Travelstead and Willard Clark; and his son-in-law Sonny Garrett.
He is survived by: his pets, Patches and Tooie; his children, Donna Clark-Parker (Dan) of Indianapolis, John Mansfield (Nikki) of Plainfield, Dawn Garrett of Martinsville and Deana Applegate (Steve) of Gosport; and his siblings, Annis Johnson of Gallatin, TN, Shelia Wilkerson (David) of Westmoreland, TN, Karen Manion of Bethpage, TN and Clois. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
