With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jackie Lou Johnson of Danville, Indiana, born in Hartford, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 22, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jackie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jackie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Grey Felty and Everett Patton; her son Kevin D. Johnson; and her daughter-in-law Teresa Johnson. She is survived by: her husband William Duane Johnson of Danville; and her children, William S. Johnson of Brownsburg and Cheryl L. Fritch (Bret) of Evansville. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
