He is survived by: his wife Shirley Kay Deckard; his daughters, Tracy Lynn Harlan (Mitch King) and Teresa Dianne Stephens (Michael); his grandchildren, Lindsey Brooke Randall (Jonathan), Benjamin Edward Stephens (Sarah Elizabeth), Reagan Noelle Holowka (Roman), Annie Grace Stephens, Eli Jacob Stephens and Lincoln Asher Stephens; his great grandchildren, Levi Michael Randall, Norah Jane Stephens, Evelyn Jane Randall, Finley Robert Stephens and Bowen Riggs Randall; and his brother Gene Allen Harlan (Geraldine).
