She was predeceased by: her father Donald Dale; her husband Kenneth S. Heiss, Sr.; her son Kenneth S. Heiss, Jr.; her sister Marilyn Syfers; and her brother-in-law Wayne Syfer.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Heiss (LuAnn) of Brownsburg and Trish Carter (Larry) of Danville; her grandchildren, Charlie Heiss, Connie Heiss, Tim Hendricks, Robert Carter and Logan Abble; and her sisters, Connie Minnick and Carolyn Richardson (Larry). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
