He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Collet (Van Zytveld); his daughter Debra Lynn Greskowiak (Mitch); his granddaughter Amy Colette Olsen (Maria) of Brandon, KG; his great grandchildren, Sofia, Samantha Olsen, Carsten and Bianca Schaefer; and his sister Phyllis Church.
