He was predeceased by: his son Charles Bell; his stepson Kim Rummel; his siblings, John Bell and Maxine Hale (Joan Bell); and his siblings-in-law, Jean Dobbles, Joyce Bell, Paul Dobbles and Jack Haurez.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Bell (Laura) and Rebecca Julian (Don); his stepson Ed Rummel (Naomi); his stepdaughter-in-law Karen Rummel; and his siblings, Melvin Bell and Evelyn (Haurez). He is also survived by his several grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as many great-great grandchildren.
Chuck was a dedicated blood donor for 77 years and in lieu of monetary donations, the family asks that you donate blood to honor his name.
