He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard R. Hollingsworth and Ada Jane Hollingsworth (Naylor); and his sister Linda Lou. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Griffeth; his children, Jerald Hollingsworth of Dallas, Texas, Carter Hollingsworth (Winnie) of Lakeville and Heather Tryon (Jeremy) of Cayuga, Indiana; his grandchildren, Charity, Grayson, Jerald, Jr., Cody and Breanna; his sisters, Paula Roberts of McCordsville and Teresa Adams (Phil) of Mecca; and his uncle Paul Hollingsworth of Newport, Indiana..
