He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Elizabeth Curtis Johnson; his brother Manuel Lloyd Curtis; and his mother-in-law Ruby Mattingly. He is survived by: his wife Dana Curtis; his son Matthew Curtis (Jenny); his grandchildren, Jaycee and Maycee Curtis; his daughter Andrea Mongiello (Michael); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Andrew and Zoey; his stepson David Burton (Tori); his grandchildren, Ryder, Ryleigh Blake, Austin, Sabrina, Kimberly and Dominick; his siblings, Jerry Curtis (Patsy Tisdale Curtis) and Kathy Curtis (Donna); and his pets, Chloe, Sue, Jim Carnahan, Sarah and Jeremy Huff. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
