It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Lee Hess of Dana, Indiana, who passed away on October 15, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne McKindree Knight and Mary Helen Hollingsworth Knight; her husband Robert E. Hess; and her sisters, Phyllis Knight Gifford and Marilyn Breeding.
She is survived by: her children, Troy W. Hess of Dana, Phillip E. Hess (Catherine) of Chrisman, Illinois and Kima Knight (Gary) of Danville, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Kacy Waldhoff (Mark), Kelly Knight, Karlee Freeman (Blake), Olivia J. Hess (Chris), Sarah C. Pierson (Dustin) and Erich E. Hess (Kristen). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
