She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Johnson and Andy Johnson of Montezuma; and her brother Duane. She is survived by: her husband James; her daughters, Brenda Fortune Peck of Clinton and Candy Kerestes of Veedersburg; and her grandchildren, Cole Kerestes of Nashville, TN and Lauren Kerestes of Veedersburg.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Parke-Vermillion Humane Society or the American Heart Association.
