He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Grady and Ethel Grady (Conn); his son Jeff Grady; and his brothers, Harold William Grady Jr. and James Robert Grady.
He is survived by: his wife Karen of Daleville; his children, Rex Grady of Tucson, AZ and Gayle Coffey; his grandchildren, Tory of Muncie and Tyler Grady (Kendall) of Hartford City; and his great grandchildren, Aurora, Arrianna, Emma and Alaryk Grady.
