It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Max Eugene Mummert Sr. (Daleville, Indiana), born in Knightstown, Indiana, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Mummert and Pearl Mummert (McDaniel); and his sister Hattie Davis. He is survived by: his sons, Max Mummert (Dawn) of Hartford City and Mark Mummert (Diana) of Ft. Worth, TX; his daughter-in-law Frances Mummert of Daleville; his grandchildren, Kyle Mummert (Heather Macher) of Muncie, Heather Mummert (Sy Vetor) of Middletown, Kristen Mummert (Loren Gellinger) of Charleston, SC, Dylan Mummert of Daleville and Eric Mummert of Ft. Worth, TX; and his siblings, Frank Anderson of Knightstown and Goldie Little.
