She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Mullen and Mary Mullen (Adkins); her husband Edward E. Sipes; and her sister Margaret Powell. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Horn (Philip), Edward Sipes (Mary), Kathy Sipes (Jeff Finkbiner), Raymond Sipes and Dean Sipes; and her brothers, Tom and Mike Mullen. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
