Haisley; his brothers, Brian Haisley (Cheryl), Steven Haisley (Wendy) and Joseph Haisley; his aunts and uncles, DeWayne, Sharon Hershberger, Robert and Bonnie Evans; his great-aunt Wanda Concannon; his cousins, Eric Evans (Gabbi), Perry Evans (Tonya) and David Hershberger (Angie); and his mother-in-law Allie Scott. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; in-laws.
