He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford M. Rupp and Bernice Rupp (Temple); his wife Darlyne Rupp; and his brother Donald Rupp. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Rupp (Jennifer) and Rodney Rupp; his niece Karen Drye (Bruce); and his sisters, Katherine Fellmeth and Patricia Wolbert.
