He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Murray and Virginia Murray (Barnes); his wife Sandy Murray; and his siblings, Danny Murray, Douglas Murray, L. J. Murray, Sandra Alexander and Julie Murray.
He is survived by: his daughters, Abby Slye (Adam) and Andrea Watts (Aaron); his grandchildren, Ruby Slye, Alexander Watts and Aiden Watts; and his brother Donnie Murray.
