He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his aunt Juanita; his children, Todd Lewis (Michele), Mark Lewis (Michelle), Kristen Real (Brad) and Daron Lewis (Falisha); his siblings, Jeff Lewis (Jo), Bryce Lewis (Marla), Rosalyn Lewis, Bryon Lewis and Frank Lewis; his cousin Tonya Kemerly; his in-laws, Mary Schmidt (Steve) and Cathy Hudson; his grandchildren, Dustin Lewis (Molly), Caitlyn Bex (Skyler), Hunter Lewis, Morgan Lewis, Kayla Lewis, Adrien DeBruhl (Devin), Beau Real, Christian Real (Kiana), Bailey Dosch (Chris), Hazel Lewis and Eleanor Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Braxton, Karleigh, Dawson, Colton, Aubrey, Soephiah, Skyler Jr., Nolan and Eli. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
