He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred V. Chadwick Sr. and Delta Reed (Lee); his son Michael Chadwick; his grandson Jason Byington; and his brothers, Fred Chadwick Jr. and Ralph Chadwick.
He is survived by: his wife Estella Chadwick; his children, Vickie Butler (Tom), Connie Alfrey (Ed), Bill Harman (Gwen), Teresa Molina (Benny), Lisa Watson and Cindy; and his brother-in-law Rodger Scott (Ann). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, several great and great great grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
