He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Cox and Viola Cox; his granddaughter Allison Perry; and his brothers, Arthur Cox, Donald Cox and Paul Cox.
He is survived by: his wife Debbi Cox; his children, Amy Perry (Mike), Susan Waters (Mark), Anderson, Tom Cox (Randi), Jerry Cox (Kristi), Audra Grzelak and Rick Ellsworth (Bobbi); his grandchildren, Matthew Waters (Kendra), Elizabeth Perry, Micah Hayes (Codie), Adam Waters (Jessica), Karli Cox, Kamryn Cox, Karleigh Ellsworth and Liam Cox; his great grandchildren, Theodore Waters, Rhett Hayes, Conli Hayes and Evelyn Waters; and his siblings, Pat Schuyler (Harold), Wanda Vaughn, Gary Cox (Penny) and Tim Cox (Cindy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
