He is survived by: his mother LaVon Case (Spencer) of Gentryville, IN; his wife Tammie Matheis of Dale; his children, Toby Farris (Tish) of Louisville, KY, Jeremy Matheis (Holly) of Dale, IN and Jonathan Matheis (Amanda) of Marshall, IL; his grandchildren, T. J., Arlene, Ryan, Odin, Trystan, Joseph, Keaton, Kaydence, Harmony and Kinsley; and his sister Michelle Stevens of Huntingburg, IN.. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
