He is survived by: his wife Deborah Howard; his children, Robert "Bobby" Howard (Amanda) and Amanda Hall (Kerry); his grandchildren, Zachary Howard, Aurora Howard, Karl Hall and Gerry Hall; his mother Phyllis Howard; and his brothers, David Howard and Jim Howard.
