He is survived by: his parents, Albert Galen and LaVerne Roth (Moore); his brother James; his sister-in-law Robin Roth of Dale; his sister Donna Roth of Winslow; his nieces and nephews, Kayla, Jewel and Andrew Galen; and his great-nephew Noah Robert Casteel.
