She was predeceased by: her former husband Bill Talley; and her brother Marion "Buddy" Overton, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband James Albert Bulla; her children, Darren Talley (Ann), Travis S. Bulla and Kristie Wright (Mike); her siblings, Bette Jane McWilliams, Tawana Trodglen and Ronnie K. Overton; and her grandchildren, Nick Talley, William Talley, Cortney Talley, Millissa Voegel, Evan Bulla, Dylan Wright, Kelsie Wilzbacher and Jacob Wright. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren with 3 more great grandchildren.
