He was predeceased by: his wife Hilda Mae Edwards (Garrison); his siblings, Robert, Hugh Edwards, Doris Alice Edwards and Martha Law; and his grandchildren, Melanie Edwards and Andy LeMay.
He is survived by: his children, Bob Edwards (Kathy) of Ingraham, Illinois, Janet Morgan of Newburgh and Mary LeMay (Rick) of Markleville, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Brent Edwards, Brigette Ziadeh, Mary Schwindel, Ross and Ransom LeMay. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
