She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Clem (Mike) of Cynthiana, Indiana and Kevin Martin of Evansville, Indiana; her son-in-law Rob Warford of Cynthiana, Indiana; her grandchildren, Amy Fisher (Sean), Brian Clem (Allison), Kelly Lashley (Cody), Jason Warford (Kelci), Stacy Daming (Jarod), Carter, Sophia and Henry Martin; and her great grandchildren, Audrey, Cameron Fisher, Andrew, Michael Clem, Hannah, Grant Lashley, Becca, Bailee Warford and Eli Daming. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
