She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Gries and Esther Gries (Steckler); her nephew Bradley Gries; and her brother-in-law Bob Hargrove. She is survived by: her sons, Robert of Cynthiana and David (Tess) of Haubstadt; her grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua and Hannah of Haubstadt; and her siblings, Harold Gries (Clara) of Newburgh, Paul Gries (Mary Jo) of Haubstadt, Charlie Gries (Tanya) of Bowling Green, KY, Carolyn Gries of California, Barbara Hargrove of Evansville, Bernadine Welickovitch (Mike) of Pennsylvania and Margaret Mullen (Jim) of Alabama.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sts. Peter and Paul Parish.
